At a glance
Rotor Clock is an ad-free watch face and companion app. It has no app accounts, advertising, analytics, or automatic feedback uploads. You can preview the face on your phone without a watch.
Settings on your devices
Native watch-face appearance choices, phone preview preferences, installation status, and optional personal text are stored on your devices. Phone previews use clearly labeled sample values and do not read your watch's appearance settings. Personal text is stored on the watch so it can remain visible offline and after a reboot, including before the watch is unlocked.
The watch face displays time, date, battery, and any heart-rate, step, or weather readings that you choose using Wear OS system data sources. Availability depends on your watch, system settings, services, and permissions. Rotor Clock does not maintain a history of these readings, send them to the phone companion, or send them to M87 Games. The companion apps do not request sensor, health, location, contacts, camera, or microphone permissions. Wear OS and your selected system services handle their own data under their policies.
Phone and watch connection
Google Play services' Wear OS Data Layer connects the paired companion apps. It transfers installation commands and status, personal text that you choose to send, delivery receipts, and technical identifiers used to match devices and revisions. The latest text request and receipt can be retained by the Data Layer so delivery can finish after reconnection. Communication uses an encrypted Bluetooth connection or, when needed, Google's end-to-end encrypted cloud relay. M87 Games does not receive these messages or operate a server for them. The watch installs a bundled editable watch face locally. Native appearance editing stays with Wear OS; the companion's sample appearance is not sent to the watch.
Feedback and support
Share feedback prepares text containing your app version, phone model, Android version, and a blank space for your observations. Your personal text and health readings are not included. Nothing is sent automatically: you choose a receiving app and decide whether to send it. You can review or edit the message before sending. The receiving app handles the information under its own privacy policy.
If you email support@m87gearsuite.com, we receive your email address and anything you send us. We use this information to answer your request and investigate the issue, not for advertising. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. We retain support messages only as long as needed for the request and any applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion at the same address.
Children and families
Rotor Clock is intended for all ages. It contains no ads, public profiles, chat, or in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Children should ask a parent or guardian to handle support messages or feedback sharing. A parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion of information a child has sent.
Google Play purchases
Google Play handles the paid app purchase and its payment information under Google's policies. M87 Games does not receive your payment card details. Store transaction records may be available to us for customer support, refunds, and accounting.
Your choices
Use phone preview without connecting a watch. Sending personal text is optional; preview changes do not automatically send it. To clear the displayed label, empty the personal-text field and send that change to the watch. The phone and watch store separate local copies, so clear app storage or uninstall Rotor Clock on both devices to remove both copies of its local preferences and text. A watch face installed separately on your watch can be removed using the watch's face picker or companion watch-management app. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
Website and policy changes
The public copy of this policy is hosted using Cloudflare. The website provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address and browser request, to deliver and protect the page. This is separate from using the Rotor Clock apps. We will update the effective date when this policy changes.
